ProMed Certifications support hours are 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. Support can be reached in two different ways:
Chat: We have a helpful chat box on each page that will allow you to talk directly with a member on the support team. If you need to send a chat outside of our support hours, you may still do so via the chat and a member from the support team will answer within 1 business day.
Email: The ProMed Certifications support email is support@ProMedCert.com. You should expect a response within 24 hours.
