How to reset my password

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to ProMedCert.com/login and click on "Forgot Your Password?"
  2. Enter the email address you use to log in to ProMed Certifications. If you can't remember your email address, click here for recovery instructions.

For accounts created using Facebook or Google, no password is required. Simply visit the login page and sign in by clicking the Facebook or Google button.
