How do I get a card printed and shipped to me?
Congratulations on passing your exam! If you prefer a physical copy of your certification card, we’re here to make sure it gets to your doorstep smoothly.
To have your certification card printed and mailed, simply fill out and submit the "Request Mailed Provider Card" form available on our platform. Each card must be requested individually to ensure accuracy and personalization.
Once requested, you can expect your card to arrive within 5-10 business days. If your card hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@ProMedCert.com. We’re here to help and ensure you receive your certification card promptly.
