Automatic Renewal Terms & Conditions

By enabling auto-renewal, you agree to the following:

1. Automatic Renewal. Your product subscription will automatically renew for additional 2-year terms unless you opt-out in accordance with the instructions for opting out below. If you do not timely opt-out of auto-renewal, your subscription will be renewed, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the Renewal Fee.
2. Renewal Fee. The renewal fee will be the same as the original purchase price of the product, unless otherwise communicated to you in advance. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be clearly stated prior to the renewal process.
3. Notification of Renewal. We will send you a reminder notification via email, or any other contact method provided by you, at least 45 days prior to the automatic renewal date.
4. Opting Out. If you wish to disable auto-renewal, you must notify us by email, phone, or through our designated customer portal at least 2 days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period. Following receipt of such notification, we will process your request.
5. Changes to Renewal Terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms, including the renewal fee, with reasonable notice. In such cases, we will inform you in advance and provide the opportunity to opt-out of the renewal before the modified terms take effect.

By continuing to use our product and not opting out of the automatic renewal, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated above.
